━━ You’ve been using Body Granola for quite some time. How did you first come across it?
As I got older, I started noticing more of my friends struggling with health issues. Wanting to help, I began looking up health information online and sharing what I learned with them.
As I continued researching, I naturally became more health-conscious myself—and my knowledge kept growing along the way.
━━ Why did you choose Body Granola as your solution?
When I entered my 40s, I started becoming more aware of my gut health—especially the smell of my stools. It tended to get worse whenever my eating habits were irregular, so I decided it was time to take a closer look at my diet.
What drew me to Body Granola was the ability to get ingredients tailored to my own gut microbiome. I’ve always been mindful of what I eat and the ingredients I choose, so the idea of researching my gut microbiome and personalizing my diet felt especially appealing when I was rethinking my eating habits.

In addition to Body Granola, I also try to incorporate a variety of lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, oligosaccharides, and dietary fiber into my diet. When it comes to foods like yogurt or natto, I personally think it’s important to switch up the products rather than eating the same one over and over. I feel that if you keep eating the exact same thing, your body gets used to it.
With Body Granola, you can enjoy it not only mixed with yogurt but also with toppings like sesame seeds to change up the flavor.

━━Are you doing anything else to improve your diet, besides Body Granola?
If I tried to achieve perfect nutrition through diet alone, I would need to eat around 30 different foods a day. So I use supplements to make up for the nutrients my current diet may lack. I take a regular multivitamin, as well as supplements that help with joint pain—my back tends to hurt from gardening.
I always try to maintain a balanced diet and get as many nutrients as possible from food, but it isn’t easy. Before I realized it, I had been taking supplements for more than 20 years.

━━ What changes have you noticed since you started?
Body Granola is so easy to eat that I can have it even on days when I don’t have much time. As a result, my eating habits naturally became more regular, and after a while, I stopped noticing the smell of my stools. But when work gets busy and my eating patterns become irregular again, the smell comes back.

My ideal goal is to eat it five days a week, but sometimes I get busy and forget, so in reality it usually ends up being around four days. I don’t have a set time for eating granola. I try to give my digestive system a break at night, so I often eat it at lunchtime. On busy workdays, my eating habits tend to become irregular, so I make sure I can have it whenever I need to.
