1. How to Apply for the Test Kit
From the top page, click “Product Lineup” or “Test your gut microbiome ” in the menu to review the testing process.
After reviewing the “Program test kit” page, click “Buy a test kit.”
Membership registration is required to complete your purchase.
If you are already a member, please log in using your registered email address and password.
If this is your first time purchasing a test kit, please complete the new member registration.
Enter your shipping and payment information.
Please note that delivery dates cannot be specified.
Please carefully review your order details, including the item(s), total amount, shipping address, and payment method, before completing your purchase.
Our order is complete once the Purchase Confirmation screen is displayed.We will subsequently send you an Order Completion Email; please be sure to check its contents.
2. How to Use the Test Kit
After receiving your test kit, please collect your stool sample at a convenient time. Detailed instructions for sample collection are provided in the leaflet included with the kit.After sampling, place the sample in the enclosed return envelope and post it within one week. Your test results will be available approximately 3 weeks after the kit arrives at our laboratory.
3. How to Check Your Test Results
After logging in to My Page, click “View Test Results” to check your results.
4. How to Order Body Granola
After logging in to My Page, click “Shop Body Granola"" or select “Buy Body Granola” from the My menu.
(Please note that both options will proceed as a subscription order.)
On the subscription page:
[1] Select your preferred plan (choose between 20-meal or 40-meal plans).
[2] Choose your prebiotic toppings, then click “Next.”
By default, the recommended prebiotic toppings are pre-selected.
You may freely change your selection — for example, choose three of the same ingredient.
After finalizing your selection, click “Select.”
[3] Review your Base Granola selection and click “Complete order.”
Your selected three prebiotic toppings will be delivered together with the Base Granola.
Enter your shipping and payment information.
Body Granola is a subscription-based product.
Please choose the delivery cycle that best fits your lifestyle.
Please confirm your order details—including items, total amount, shipping address, and payment method—and then proceed to complete your purchase.
Our order is complete once the Purchase Confirmation screen is displayed.We will subsequently send you an Order Completion Email; please be sure to check its contents.
5. Payment Methods
Credit Card Payments are accepted for Body Granola.
You can use VISA, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and Discover.
Charges will be processed on your credit card’s billing date.
To ensure a safer shopping experience, we use the Credit Card Identity Authentication Service (3D Secure 2.0).
3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication service designed to make online credit card transactions more secure.
Depending on your card issuer, if your 3D Secure 2.0 password or verification settings are not configured, your transaction may not be completed successfully.
In such cases, please register for 3D Secure 2.0, or consider using a different card or payment method.
To use 3D Secure 2.0, you must first set up your password on the website designated by your credit card issuer.
For more details, please visit your card issuer’s website or contact their customer support.
For inquiries regarding your 3D Secure password, please contact your credit card company directly.
6. Receipts
Receipts will be sent to the email address registered in your account.
Please check the payment confirmation email for details.

5.Important Notes
- Business Hours: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Potential Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occur due to incomplete order information, traffic disruptions, natural disasters, customer absence, or product availability. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Body Granola Subscription
Body Granola is delivered on a recurring basis with automatic renewal.
After placing your first subscription order, changes cannot be made via My Page.
Please contact us via the inquiry form for assistance.
For your second and subsequent orders, you can manage the following via My Page up until the specified deadline (※):
Change delivery items
Change delivery address
Next shipping date
Modify delivery cycle
Change plan
Skip next delivery
Update credit card information
Pause subscription
※ The deadline is listed on your My Page top screen or subscription details page.
Please make any changes at least 3 days before the next shipping date.
9. Referral Program & Points
The invitation code can be issued only once.
The invitation code entry field will only appear for users who are registered members and have not yet purchased any products from Body Granola.
When an invited user makes a purchase using the invitation code, the inviter will receive coupons. Coupons have an expiration date—please check the "Points and Invitations" section in My Page.
To use coupons for your ongoing subscription, please enter the coupon code on the Checkout page.
Shipping fees and taxes are not eligible for discounts.
You may refer as many friends as you like.Referrals are valid only for users who have never purchased from Body Granola before.
Users who are already customers or have purchased in the past are not eligible.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points are valid for one year.
10. Cancellations & Returns
In principle, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once the payment is completed and the contract is concluded.If you have any urgent inquiries regarding your order, please contact us via our [Inquiry Form].
For the second and subsequent subscription orders, you can use My Page to skip the next delivery or stop the subscription before the deadline (3 days prior to the scheduled order date).
The deadline is listed on the My Page top screen or in the subscription details page.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons attributable to the customer.
However, if the product is damaged or contaminated during delivery, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In such cases, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Requests made after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
For any questions about returns, please contact us via the Inquiry Form.
Refunds for reasons attributable to the customer are not accepted.
If you refuse to accept a product, are unavailable for an extended period, or provide incorrect delivery information—resulting in the product being undeliverable—
we may charge you the actual cost of round-trip shipping and other related expenses.
In cases where such issues occur repeatedly, we reserve the right to suspend your membership, decline future shipments, or cancel your orders.
11. Important Notes
Orders exceeding the purchase limit or containing unclear delivery information may be cancelled.
Please note that purchasing for resale or other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
If we determine that an order was placed for resale or commercial use, the order will be cancelled.
