Please refer to that section for more information. Generally, items are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the shipping date.

A. Body Granola accepts credit card payments only.
Accepted cards:
VISA, American Express, Mastercard, JCB, and Diners Club.
Charges will be processed according to each credit card company’s billing cycle.
A. An invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address once your payment has been completed.
A. During the purchase process, please enter the "Coupon Code" on the checkout screen.
A. Your referral code can be generated from the "Invitations" section of My Page. Please note that generating and using referral codes is available to customers who have completed their membership registration.

Body Granola test results can only be viewed through My Page by the registered account holder.
For security reasons, we do not recommend allowing others to log in on your behalf.
A. To stop future payments, you will need to complete the cancellation process for your subscription.
