■ Body Granola: 3~6 days from order
A. We use different carriers depending on the product.
■ Test Kit Delivered by Ninja Van.
■ Granola Shipped via ECMS from Japan, and handled by Ninja Van for the final delivery in Singapore.
[Delivery Information] For both items, the courier will ring your doorbell upon delivery. If no one is home, the parcel will typically be left safely outside your door. If the courier is unable to access your building (e.g., private condominiums), they may leave the parcel at the guardhouse.
To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide any special instructions (e.g., “Leave at guardhouse if unable to enter”) in the checkout notes.
All items are shipped at room temperature; refrigeration is not required.
A. Delivery is available nationwide across Singapore.
Our courier partners cover all areas within Singapore, so you can receive your order anywhere in the country.
A. The shipping fee is SGD19 per order.
Please note that all customs duties and taxes are included in the price, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
A. We apologize, but we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
■ Test Kits: Typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipping is completed.
■ Granola: Typically delivered within 3 to 6 business days after shipping is completed.
A. Once your order has been shipped, delivery details such as date or time cannot be changed.
For operational efficiency, changes after dispatch are not supported.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will typically leave the parcel safely outside your door or may contact you directly to arrange redelivery.
A. Products will be shipped within 1 to 2 days after your payment is completed. Estimated delivery times vary by item as follows;
■ Test Kits: Within 2 to 5 business days after shipping is completed.
■ Granola: Within 3 to 6 business days after shipping is completed.

For Singapore orders, a tracking number will also be issued, and you can check your delivery progress through our courier’s official tracking URL provided in your shipping confirmation email.

A. For the Test Kit delivery, the customer can arrange directly with Ninjavan to explore possible options based on the tracking number or URL.
For the Granola delivery status, you can check it using the tracking number on the courier's website.
Please scroll down from the ECMS homepage (https://www.ecmsglobal-jp.com/) and enter your tracking number under [Track & Trace] to perform a tracking search. It is also possible to track your package on tracking sites such as [17TRACK].

Test Kit: The Test Kit is eligible for leaving the parcel at your doorstep (contactless delivery).
Granola: Granola is primarily delivered via leaving the parcel at your doorstep (contactless delivery). Generally, one redelivery attempt will be made. If delivery is still unsuccessful after that, the parcel will be returned to the local distribution center of the delivery provider.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are entered correctly to avoid failed deliveries.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, long-term absence, or refusal to receive the parcel, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.
A. Both the Test Kit and the Granola are eligible for leaving the parcel at your doorstep (contactless delivery), however, this setting cannot be configured on our website.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the "tracking number" indicated in the shipping confirmation email to contact the delivery company directly and make the arrangement yourself.
