A. Body Granola is mainly made from carbohydrate-rich ingredients such as grains and dried fruits.When enjoying it as part of a meal, please eat it as a staple food, similar to bread or rice.
As Body Granola does not contain sufficient protein and may not supply all necessary nutrients (despite added vitamins and minerals).We recommend pairing it with protein-rich foods such as milk, yogurt, soy milk, oat milk, or almond milk, along with vegetables and fruits.
You can also enjoy it on its own, without adding milk or yogurt, depending on your preference.
A. If the stool collection sheet tears, you can use folded toilet paper as a substitute.
Please make sure to position the toilet paper so that the stool sample does not come into contact with water in the toilet bowl.
Toilet paper is safe to use, as it dissolves easily when flushed.

A. Please make sure that the stool sample and collection stick do not come into contact with water, as this may affect the accuracy of the test results.
If only a minimal amount of water touched the stick, the sample might still be processable. However, the results could be impacted based on the amount of water that entered the collection tube.
If you have already collected your sample, please send it as is.
If the laboratory determines that the sample cannot be analyzed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
A. Once your sample has been received by our laboratory, your test results will be available within 3 weeks.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your test analysis is complete.
A. Yes, you can take the test while on regular long-term medication.
However, if you have recently taken antibiotics, we recommend waiting about 6 weeks after completing the course before collecting your stool sample.
This allows your gut microbiome to return to its usual balance, ensuring more accurate test results.
A. Short-chain fatty acids, which are produced by consuming foods that support a healthy gut microbiome, have been widely studied and reported in scientific research for their positive effects on overall health.
To increase the production of these beneficial acids, it is important to consume ingredients that your dominant gut microbiome prefer.
Try to incorporate vegetables, fruits, and seaweed foods rich in oligosaccharides and dietary fiber, into your daily meals.
A. There is no single “ideal ratio” that applies to everyone.
Each person’s optimal gut microbiome balance is considered to be the one they have when they are in good health.
A. Your gut microbiome test results will be displayed in your My Page account.
If multiple people (such as family members) wish to use the service, each person must register for their own account and purchase a separate test kit.
