A. You can update your account information from My Page. Go to "My Page" > "Editing member information," update the fields you wish to change, and click "UPDATE ACCOUNT."

Changes cannot be made through My Page.
If you wish to update your delivery address, please contact us using the form below.
Please note that changes may not be possible depending on your scheduled delivery date.

■ For the second and subsequent deliveries
You can update your delivery address through My Page.
Go to: My Page > Editing member information,
After entering your new address, click “UPDATE ACCOUNT.”
Please make any changes by the cutoff date (3 days before the scheduled shipping date).
Changes made after the cutoff will apply from your next delivery cycle.

A. Only one credit card can be registered at a time. You can update or change your card information at any time from the "Subscription List" on your My Page.
A. A membership account is required to make a purchase.
If this is your first time purchasing a test kit, please register as a new member.
A. You can check your payment status from My Page.

Please note the following before proceeding:
◾️No Access to Test Results: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your past test results.
◾️Deletion of Subscription Information: All information related to your subscription will be deleted and cannot be carried over.
